myAutoBots.AI provides AI-powered revenue-automation and go-to-market services, which may include our Neural-GTM Sprint, AI Employee Bots, automation architecture and implementation, and related advisory/consulting offerings. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are defined in a separate proposal, order form, or statement of work ("SOW"). If an SOW conflicts with these Terms, the SOW controls for that engagement.

3. Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when contacting us or engaging our services, and to keep it updated.

4. Engagements & Payment

Fees, scope, and payment terms for paid services are set out in the applicable SOW or order form. Unless stated otherwise: fees are due as invoiced; payments are processed through third-party payment processors; and you are responsible for applicable taxes. We may suspend or stop work for non-payment.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the website or services unlawfully or for any harmful purpose; infringe others' rights; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; introduce malware; scrape, overload, or disrupt the services; or misrepresent your identity or authority. We may restrict or terminate access for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our services — including text, graphics, logos, software, and designs — is owned by myAutoBots.AI or its licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the website for its intended purpose. 7. Client Materials & Feedback

You retain ownership of materials you provide and grant us a license to use them as needed to perform the services. If you give us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free right to use them without obligation to you.

Our website and services may reference or integrate third-party products, websites, or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimers

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not guarantee any specific business result, revenue, pipeline, or performance outcome from AI, automation, or marketing services, which depend on many factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, myAutoBots.AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of the website or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the specific services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim (or USD $100 if you paid nothing).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless myAutoBots.AI and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the website or services, your content/materials, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver

Please read carefully — this affects your legal rights. Before filing a claim, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting admin@myAutoBots.AI. If unresolved within 30 days, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be resolved by binding arbitration administered in California under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, rather than in court, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property or unauthorized-use matters. You and myAutoBots.AI agree that claims will be brought only in an individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action. If this class-action waiver is unenforceable, the arbitration provision will be void for that dispute.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to Section 12, the state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Term, Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or services at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the website ceases. Payments made are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in an applicable SOW. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, dispute resolution) survive termination.

15. Changes to These Terms & Services

We may modify these Terms or the services at any time. We will post updated Terms here with a new Effective Date; your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, outages, labor disputes, or government actions.

17. Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

18. Severability; Entire Agreement; Waiver

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms (together with any applicable SOW and our Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and myAutoBots.AI regarding the website and services. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

19. Copyright / DMCA

If you believe content on our website infringes your copyright, send a notice with the required details to our designated agent at admin@myAutoBots.AI (subject: "DMCA Notice"). We may remove allegedly infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.
